Kelly is the director and founder of Talking Together Speech Pathology and is a member of Speech Pathology Australia and registered as a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist. Kelly is a Speech pathologist with experience in working with preschool and school aged children for over 25 years.
Kelly has extensive early intervention experience and has worked in a range of settings - hospitals, community health, private practice, early intervention, mainstream and special school. Ensuring a holistic family centred approach is a core value in her work. Additionally, play-based interventions are central to achieving outcome based goals for the children and families she works with to ensure learning is achieved in an appropriate and meaningful way. Kelly has experience in diagnosing and working with children with autism spectrum disorder and their families and currently provides multidisciplinary ASD assessments at Talking Together with Cate Fidler, psychologist.
Grace has experience in Early Intervention and has worked with children who have a range of developmental delays, including children who have Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disability. Grace has experience in Early Intervention and has worked with children who have a range of developmental delays, including children who have Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disability. Grace values the importance of family education and involvement and aims to create a comfortable and safe space where children and families can be heard and understood.
Grace is most experienced in assessment and intervention for speech sound disorders, language delays and social communication difficulties. She has completed additional training in parent coaching, trauma-informed practice and tactile-kinesthetic approaches to motor speech intervention. Grace enjoys supporting families to find opportunities to practice strategies learnt in therapy in their everyday routines.
Grace is originally from Albury – she completed her final university placement in Geelong and loved it here so much she ended up staying! Outside of work, she enjoys finding new places to walk, shop and grab a coffee.
Zoe began working as an Allied Health Assistant at Talking Together Speech Pathology in 2022 whilst completing her degree and has now graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Speech Pathology.

She enjoys creating interesting and engaging activities to make therapy fun. Zoe is passionate about helping others and ensuring her clients and their families feel supported.

Rhiannon completed a Master of Education (Special Education) (Junior Primary/Primary) at Flinders University, 2010. She worked as a primary school teacher in Melbourne for 6 years before moving to the Surf Coast with her young family.
Rhiannon is currently studying a Masters in Speech Pathology after recognising an interest in supporting children with their speech and language skills in more intensive and individualised settings.
Rhiannon enjoys combining her teaching experience of working with children and their families with her understanding of speech pathology in sessions that involve lots of play and games.
